By accessing or using InfoLeak ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InfoLeak provides open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools for looking up publicly exposed data including emails, phone numbers, usernames, passwords, and IP addresses. The Service aggregates data from publicly available breach databases and third-party APIs.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using InfoLeak, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
4. Account Registration
The Service uses Discord OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Discord.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to harm, stalk, harass, or threaten any individual
- Use the data obtained for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
- Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
6. Paid Plans & Payments
The Service offers paid subscription plans via cryptocurrency payments (Solana, Bitcoin, Litecoin). All sales are final. License keys are non-transferable and may only be redeemed once. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of InfoLeak. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the data provided. Users assume full responsibility for how they use the information obtained through the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
