When you use InfoLeak, we may collect the following information:
- Discord Account Data: Your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar — obtained via Discord OAuth during login.
- IP Address: Your IP address is used to lock your session for security purposes.
- Search Queries: We log the queries you submit for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Search logs are not permanently stored.
- Payment Information: We do not store any payment details. All payments are processed via cryptocurrency wallets outside our platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Authenticate you via Discord OAuth
- Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
- Lock sessions to your IP for security
- Manage your subscription and license keys
- Provide customer support through Discord
3. Data Storage & Security
We store your data using Cloudflare Workers KV. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We do not store passwords, as all authentication is handled through Discord OAuth.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service connects to the following third-party APIs:
- Discord OAuth2 — for authentication
- Various OSINT APIs — to retrieve breach and lookup data
- CoinGecko — to display cryptocurrency prices
- Cloudflare — for hosting, CDN, and security
These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies
InfoLeak does not use tracking cookies. Session tokens are stored in your browser's localStorage for authentication purposes only.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data (Discord user ID, plan, session) as long as your account exists. Search queries and logs are purged periodically. You may request account deletion through our Discord support.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
